I have enjoyed Word Shaker. Its fun to see if you can beat your own high score. I enjoy trying to get on the leader boards also. I havent gotten the challenge to work yet though.

Very entertaining. The whole family is hooked. We paid for the full version as a thank you to the developers.

Fact you can choose from different size screens with alphabet along with multiple amounts of time for a solo game. That is terrific! Good relaxing game that is not serious because another short game is just around the corner.

If you like crossword, jumble and other word games, youll appreciate this. Kids can play and enjoy using their expanding vocabularies for hours. The word lookup function is a nice feature also when you accidentally make an unintended and unknown word. Honestly, this app doesnt get dull or boring if word pattern games are in your wheelhouse.

I love playing this game. Because of playing this game, Ive learn new words.

Highly addictive.

Really fun. But if you like to play others, look elsewhere. It doesnt work for challenge mode. After you make friends with other gamers and challenge them, the program just keeps loading the page to set up the game, but never does. I got friends to download this app so we could play. Now we are all just playing solo. This could have been a really great fast alternative to Words with Friends. A disappointment.

I only play this in solo game as the challenge feature is quirky.

There are others but love this one the best. Works best in solo.

I play in solo mode and its really addicting. But sometimes I question the ranking it assigns you.

Play it all the time only wish it had more time settings.

Lots of fun for word buffs; you can set it to your preference(number of rows AND timer can be adjusted longer). Reminds me of the board game Boggle. A must have for word lovers!

It is one of my favorite games.

I am addicted to this game. It pits me against my last game which is the type of competition I like.

This is a basic word-finding game that is solidly executed; nice game play on the iPad and very stable. The paid version is worthwhile imho, because it supports the developer and disables a rather obtrusive advertising mode.

I play it pretty much every day. So great. I might actually do better when playing boggle with my family.

However the database needs improvement! Why am I penalized for not knowing the Russian word for the weight equivalency of 36 lbs.? Why wont it take normally used words like "for" "and" etc.? Why does it take some familiar Spanish words and not others? Like who doesnt know what a rio is? I dont enjoy simply tracing my fingers over contiguous letters that are nonsense to me but often pop up as acceptable to the games database. That is not fun or challenging. I still give it a 3 because its fun until I hit that "made up word" threshold.
